Consulting
One of the most rewording academic activities for me is work with my graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and visitors. I like learning from them and enjoy observing their progress over time. Many of my former students are in touch. Professional and social interaction offered by FIDS seems to last for a long time. We have a tradition – summer picnic – where the families meet, tasty food is shared and some serious games played.
